E-mail, June 6, 2007 I just wanted to send an e-mail
to let you know that everyone loved the Tribute DVD that you created for
Dr. Morrow and Brenda. You did a fantastic job capturing their partnership.
I was amazed at how professional it turned out. Your DVD looked like it
was made for television viewing - crisp, clear, and well put together!!!! Chief Operations Officer |
E-mail, April 16, 2007 If the rest of the video is anything
like the introduction, all I can say is Re: Video of Tribute for Catherine Campesi, Former Director of Dept. of Rehab. |
E-mail, March 5, 2007 Wow!! The video's are absolutely

Telephone message, April 8, 2006, Re: Wedding Video at Vizcaya Pavilion Hey, Dr. Bon, we
just can't even believe how wonderful the video was. Oh my God! We've
watched it two times, all the way through, and have watched parts a third
time. It's so touching; we both cried, we both laughed, and we’re
just thunder struck by your talent, and by what you put together for us.
It’s just so amazing! You just captured everything. It was full
of surprises and wonderfulness and we just can't believe it. On my goodness,
all of a sudden, there is video from up above… someone must have
run up the stairs… Cindy Finley, Mother of the Bride, Ali & Brian's Wedding

June 9, 2005 I’ve never
been so impressed with a video in my life! What a beautiful job
you’ve done for all of us, and especially for Connie. I must
have watched it for 3 hours last night and even my husband was wishing
he would have gone! The music was so emotionally tied to the photography
and so very beautiful. I just can’t thank you enough!
I cried several times just realizing how much I love all these Psycho
people I work with. I wish you would have said some “parting
words” yourself so you would have been represented as faculty along
with the others. I’m glad there is at least that short shot
of you.

November 13, 2004 Hi Bonnie.
Dan and I just finished watching (the first time) the video from
Rachel and Mike's wedding. Oh my gosh.....what a wonderful job you
did. It was so wonderful to be able to relive that day. We
both got tears in our eyes. Thank you so much for the time and energy
you put toward the digital video captioning of their special day.

| June 2, 2004 I am writing to tell you how happy we are with the video you edited for us! By transferring our tape to DVD and editing it you transformed our ceremony into an entirely different and beautiful memory for us. We particularly like the titles you added and the menus that make it easier to view certain parts of the movie quickly.

| Telephone message, March 2004, re: 80th birthday tribute for Victor Senecal "Just wanted to tell you my Dad just called and is raving about the video! They just watched it for the 3rd. time. They can't get enough of it. They just LOVE IT! They went over every little detail and think it is absolutely priceless. They are beside themselves with joy. They are talking about who they are going to share it with and are just so excited about it! Just wanted you to know that they are absolutely over the moon!" Janet

| Training video, February 2003 As a Regional Director for an online professional development company for educators that depends on quality video to model exemplary classroom practice, I am awed by Bonnie Drumwright's ability to produce, edit, and harvest quality digital videography. Her work is her passion and it shows in the product she produces. I have worked with research for years on how the brain learns and ingests information and I believe the power of visuals is in the infancy stages of truly being tested. The old adage that "a picture is worth a thousand words" is never more evident than when you study Bonnie's work. She is a master of design and a photographic genius, preserving life's significant moments in irreplaceable footage. Pam

Wedding, April 2003As
parents of a recently married bride, we can unequivocally say that Bonnie
Drumwright and her videography team from d-vid.com, were able to capture
an unsurpassed treasure of our daughter's wedding. Bonnie's passion and
dedication to detail rings true, both during the process of filming and
of creating edited, artistic videos and dvd's to last a lifetime. She
does her work with a certain magic that can be difficult to describe.
She and her crew make themselves truly "transparent" during
the wedding events, yet they are able to capture the most memorable and
intimate moments. Her video editing is superb, utilizing matchless technique
and care. We will unquestionably call upon Bonnie and her d-vid.com team
when other special occasions take place for our family. |
| Event video (play), December 2003 It's always inspirational when we witness the merger of passion and technique, but Bonnie Drumwright goes beyond that rare fusion by interpreting human events with insight, warmth, humor and good taste. What is most amazing is that she does all of this by sprinting invisibly from one corner of the landscape to another, gathering moments in life and magically consolidating them into a audiovisual experience that is both authentic and transcendent. Authentic because it captures the most salient physical and emotional elements, transcendent because her work transports us from viewers to participants. Bonnie is more than an artist -- she's a kind of technological shaman -- pulling something almost sacred from the ordinary events of life and making them a shared experience. Her videography of an annual vacation event with friends has made it the most memorable because it captures all the funny, tender and serious moments with the flick of a switch, again and again. Her videography of a wedding I was unable to attend catalogued such sharp memories that, in years to come, my aging brain will undoubtedly argue that I was there, that the wind blew my hair just so, that the sunset was rivaled only by the light reflected in a glass of champagne. |
